Easy Vegan Caramel Sauce
This easy vegan caramel sauce recipe only requires 3 ingredients, no cooking required! And this vegan caramel sauce comes together quickly.

No Cook Vegan Caramel
This vegan caramel recipe is seriously magic! It only needs 3 ingredients, and comes together so quick that you’ll wonder why we ever made stovetop caramel to begin with. This no cook vegan caramel recipe has natural ingredients, is gluten-free, refined sugar free, and seriously so delicious!
And it pairs great with other recipes, like my Salted Caramel Banana Cake.
I like to make this caramel and eat it with ice cream, pancakes, cookies, fruit, and as a main ingredient in my salted caramel truffles. I’d love to hear what you’re pairing this no cook caramel with. Leave a comment or tag me on Instagram so I can see how you’re using it!

What are the ingredients for this vegan caramel?
To make this three ingredient vegan caramel you will need:
- Cashew Butter
- Maple Syrup
- Coconut Oil
Note that you can substitute the cashew butter for any nut butter, like almond, but I prefer using cashew butter because it has a more neutral taste.
Other nut butters will work for this recipe, but you might taste them a bit. I think this recipe is great to experiment though, so use whatever nut butters you have on hand!
How do you store this vegan caramel?
This caramel does not need any refrigeration. Store it in an air-tight container on the counter at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, for about a week. If you’d like to keep this caramel for longer, store it in the fridge for up to one month.
