Recipe

You Will Need:

  • 1/3c oil

  • 3 TBS water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Open the packet of ground flax seeds and pour into a medium bowl. Stir in 3 TBS of water and let sit for 5 minutes.

  • Add in the oil and stir (optional: add 1 Tsp vanilla for extra flavor)!

  • Pour in the baking mix and mix until a dough forms. Don’t overmix.

  • Drop 2 TBSP-sized Mounds of cookie dough onto the baking sheet and pat down the tops so they are flat. Makes about 10 cookies.

  • Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges are light brown and center is set. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes and dig in!
