The BEST Homemade Granola
This is the BEST and only homemade granola recipe you’ll ever need! When I tell you this is the best granola recipe you’ll ever try, I mean it! This homemade granola recipe is vegan, and also can be made gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats.

- 3/4 c coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c sliced almonds (optional)
Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix the oats and almonds together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Add the coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, and water to a skillet over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Pour in the vanilla and cinnamon, and stir again until combined.
Pour the liquid over the oats mixture, and toss together until evenly coated.
Spread the coated oats in an even layer in the baking pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes, tossing halfway through, until oats are golden brown.
Cool completely before enjoying!
