Copycat Quest Protein Bars
These copycat Quest protein bars are a healthier homemade version of their classic birthday cake flavor! If you're a fan of Quest bars, then try out this homemade recipe which is made with healthier ingredients.

Yield10 bars
- 1/2 c nut butter (I used cashew butter, but you can use anything you’d like!)
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 c almond flour
- 1/2 c protein powder
- sprinkles (optional, for topping)
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Mix the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract together in a large bowl.
Add in the almond flour and protein powder, and mix with a spoon until smooth. The dough will be thick!
Press the dough into the bottom of the loaf pan. I like thicker protein bars so my dough only filled about 3/4ths of the pan.
Decorate the top with sprinkles, if using.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for one hour. Slice the dough into bars to serve.
